Phase 41 of Federal Emergency Management Agency Emergency Food and Shelter Program Notice

As the local coordinating agency for the Emergency Food and Shelter Program (EFSP) in the Houston/Fort Bend & Harris Counties and Waller County jurisdictions, the Alliance of Community Assistance Ministries (ACAM) fully expects the Department of Homeland Security/Federal Emergency Management Agency to allocate funding for EFSP Phase 41 in our jurisdictions. Any nonprofit, faith-based, or local government agency that provides food and shelter services may apply for funding in order to supplement and expand existing homelessness prevention, food, and shelter programs. Previous or current participation in EFSP is not a requirement to apply. ACAM is managing this competition and will make Phase 41 applications available at https://acamweb.org/funding-vendor-opportunities on September 27, 2023, along with all other competition information and eligibility requirements.
