AWARD NOTIFICATION: ACAM RFP for Homelessness Prevention Services

SUBJECT: Notice of Conditional Contract Award(s) under RFP No. ESG-CARES 2020-21, Homelessness Prevention Services
This announcement is in regard to the Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by the Alliance of Community Assistance Ministries, Inc. (“ACAM”) Homelessness Prevention Services. The Alliance of Community Assistance Ministries, Inc. has evaluated the proposals received using the evaluation criteria identified in the RFP, and ACAM is hereby announcing its conditional contract award(s) to the following offerors(s):
- Humble Area Assistance Ministries (“HAAM”)
- The Salvation Army of Greater Houston
The offeror(s) listed above received the evaluation team’s highest ranking(s). The Alliance of Community Assistance Ministries will be contacting the aforementioned offeror(s) soon to negotiate a contract with each offeror. As provided in the RFP, the Notice of Conditional Contract Award is subject to execution of a written contract and, as a result, this Notice does NOT constitute the formation of a contract between the Alliance of Community Assistance Ministries and the apparent successful offeror(s). The offeror(s) shall not acquire any legal or equitable rights relative to the contract services until a contract containing terms and conditions acceptable to ACAM is executed. ACAM further reserves the right to cancel this Notice of Conditional Contract Award at any time prior to the execution of a written contract(s). This award decision is conditioned upon final approval by ACAM review and the successful negotiation of contracts.
