Join us on Tuesday, March 22, 2022, from 9:00 am to 11:00 am to learn how to use the Self-Sufficiency Matrix (SSM) to assess client needs. In February, ACAM’s Part 1 SSM workshop, presented key components of the SSM, a tool that guides clients and staff through an assessment of 24 factors that can limit household stability.

In Part 2, Paula Pipes will discuss the importance of using guided interviews to ensure accurate assessments. We’ll also hear real-world tips for conducting assessments from two experienced users of the SSM, Vickie Bernal and Mariana Gaines from Katy Christian Ministries.
