Join us on Thursday, June 15 from 9:30 am-12:30 pm for the first in-person program of 2023 – an ACAM workshop on Working with Difficult People: Customers and Clients. Marie Wehrung, of  Marie Wehrung Coaching and Consulting LLC and the ACAM Training and Networking Consultant, will guide participants through discussions, group activities, and other exercises, and equip you with practical tools and strategies to confidently address difficult customers and clients, ensuring smoother interactions, improved customer, client and staff satisfaction, and strengthened organizational reputation.
