Gathering information from clients is key to identifying needs and improving programs, yet it can be a challenge to design surveys that clients complete. Developing Client Surveys will provide an introduction to survey development best practices. You’ll work through a tailored Measurement Checklist, which will help you to first ask yourself the most important questions, before you begin your survey design, in order to get the information you really need from the people you most want to reach. Join us on Thursday, March 16 from 9:00 am-10:30 am for an ACAM online workshop. Dr. Kirsten E. Westmoreland, from the Doerr Institute for New Leaders at Rice University, will provide practical guidance about Developing Client Surveys to prepare you to build assessments that collect the most useful client data possible.
