Come and join us on Tuesday, January 18, 2022, from 9:00 am–10:30 am for an ACAM Training & Networking workshop. Claire Sudolsky, Family Violence Services Coordinator at the Texas Council on Family Violence will share what you need to know to benefit from best practices in mission development and external communication in order to maximize your organization’s impact.
This training is open to ACAM Network Partners and 2022 ACAM All-Access Pass / AAP Plus participating organizations only. This event is not open to the general public. Please stay tuned for the dates of seven public trainings that will be offered throughout 2022.
A key element of a nonprofit organization’s success is the level at which the organization is engaged with the population it serves and the community at large. How well does the organization understand the needs of those they serve and is the community aware of the organization? In fact, strategically aligning your messaging and community engagement can directly impact organizational sustainability. Key components of this work must include defining and living your mission, articulating your intended impact, and ensuring these elements are embedded in branding, website design, events, and resources.
A structured networking opportunity will be facilitated to support relationship building, peer learning, information exchange, and mutual assistance. An opportunity for open Q&A and discussion will be provided.
This session will be beneficial to everyone directly involved in, or overseeing organizational communications, outreach, service delivery, and funder relations and compliance.
Participation is free and open to any person from an ACAM Network Partner organization, ACAM 2021 All-Access Pass, and APP-Plus participating organization. Anyone from an invited ACAM network or participating agency is welcome to attend.
